   During one day, we follow the lives of a couple of people who all live in the same apartment block in Tokyo. There’s a young bored couple, an old crazy lady, a young bullied swot and a self-absorbed female caretaker. They interact with each other through simple yet complex occurrences like noise complaints, often through one common link: their landlady.
