Karel Vachek's film explores the state and shape of Czech intellectual elite at the turn of the millennium. It is the third part in the Little Capitalist Tetralogy in which Vachek comments on he country's evolution towards capitalism. Filming in his characteristic wide-angle style, he records disparate, wide-ranging views and resurrects artistic and literary figures from the past.
